We're back in the states. Finally. It was a very long journey and that is partly why I haven't been writing.
Looking back, there's a lot to say and it's difficult to determine which topic to choose write about first. It's like looking at too many items on a menu — how do you narrow your options down to one?
Maybe it's best to start with what sounds good and let fate decide the rest. That's what I usually do when presented with too many options. Sometimes it works out, other times it doesn't.
I know people who read this will continue to support my writing, no matter what I write about today. But if I think about this from a business perspective, today's update lacks a tangible benefit for you, my reader. Reading this email won't help you make money, grow your business, be more productive, etc., etc.
But maybe that's a good thing. I enjoy making money — and it's more important than ever right now considering the increasing costs of living. But, not everything I do needs to be interwoven into capitalism. Which is ironic to say, considering I'm writing this from America — the heart of capitalism.
Money is something I could talk more about in the future. Over the years, my income has ranged from a few hundred to tens of thousands of dollars a month. Most people would say having more is better and there's a lot of truth to that. But that's not to say that there's nothing of value in having less.
Hmm, yes, this is an interesting topic for sure. Instead of continuing, I'd like to know what you think. Here's a simple question — please reply with your answer.
What does money mean to you?
